Kautilya Seva Sansthan (KSS) is a non-political, non-religious and a non-profitable registered NGO.
The comprehensive aim of the KSS is to care for the "Hunger, Education and Health" of the poor and needy.
Kautilya Seva Sansthan (KSS) runs roti centers at different locations with the help of volunteers. Volunteers identify the needy in the neighborhood, collect food packets from the food packets' donors and deliver them to the needy.
The aim is to ensure that no hungry person sleeps in our neighborhood. No more death caused by starvation, no more of irreversible damage to physical health due to lack of food. No more denying our children their basic human right to be free from hunger. We make sure that the packets of food we are distributing should be fresh and clean.
Rise with Education
Our mission is to end hunger in our lifetime by providing food and basic education to needy children. Our programme ending hunger is more than just feeding people, which led Kautilya Seva Sansthan to focus its feeding programme in areas where we can have a real impact and expend its hunger-fighting programs beyond meal packing and distribution. This NGO also focuses on the generation and sharing knowledge to improve their lives and livelihood. Education is an important tool that enables women and girls to participate in a decision that affects their lives and in improving their social status. Education is a backbone of a society. Every human being should have the right, privilege, an opportunity to get the best education. Poverty and education are inextricably linked because people living in poverty may stop going to school so they can work, which leaves them without literacy and numeracy skills they need to further their careers.
We engage teachers, professional, veterans, bureaucrats, defense personnel, lawyers and businessman. They guide students at the Kautilya Shiksha Kendra. And those can't guide students at the Kautilya Shiksha Kendra, they guide them online.
Students can ask questions related to academic, career etc. online and related registered experts replies back to them based on their expertize area.
KSS also arranges counselling to the children before the exam, during the exam and before and after the results.
KSS guides drop out students too, to complete their study and pass the exam of 10th and 12th standards. Additional to necessary guidance, Sansthan provides them study materials too.

CARE FOR THE HEALTH
Kautilya Seva Sansthan arranges medical camp and runs health awareness program. Sansthan arranges medical assistance to the poor with the help of govt and private hospitals. Sansthan organizes blood donation camp too. Sansthan teaches healthy tips to children to remain healthy.
Sansthan has an online provision where any patient can get an online opinion from expert doctors. Sansthan connects patients to different doctors working in govt, private hospitals in India or working abroad and with hospitals.

History of Kautilya Seva Sansthan (KSS) from Founder member and Chairperson of KSS - Dolly Sharma
Let me share with you how we thought of starting the Kautilya Seva Sansthan formally. My husband Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma was doing social activities in an education field for quite some time and I too was involved in religious social activities. We started Roti Center outside Kautilya Apartments, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, with other social workers. i.e. the distribution of the Roti packets prepared at home to the needy. When packets were distributed to the needy, along with adults their kids started coming to take the food packets. My sons observed for few weeks and gave a very important suggestion. They suggested if we start giving food packets to kids they may adopt the begging habit in the later stage so why not we educate and guide them so they become capable of earning their bread and butter. We started teaching them and other volunteers joined in this cause. Now volunteers are managing and running Kautilya Shiksha Kendra. Like no one study in empty stomach same way health body has a healthy mind so to have the compressive development of the children we included health along with the hunger and education. To provide comprehensive development to the society Kautilya Seva Sansthan decided to work for Hunger, Education, and Health for the poor and got registered the Sansthan in Jan, 2018 to work in an organized way to serve people better.
Today we have "Ghar Ki Roti" centers and Kautilya Shiksha Kendra running at different locations. People have approached us to open such centers in their localities/villages/cities. Shorting we will have many more such centers. Kautilya Seva Sansthan has organized medical camp under Kautilya Swasthya Abhiyan with other social organization too.
